At Oredaniels, we value our customers and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. Our store credit policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products in exchange for store credit.

1. Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Store credit is not available for final sale items, custom-made or personalized items.

2. Process for Returning Items

  • To initiate a return for store credit, please contact our customer service team at info@oredaniels.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once the return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.

3. Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code that can be used toward future purchases on our website.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any product available on the Oredaniels website, excluding any promotional or discounted items unless otherwise specified.

4. Using Store Credit

  • To use your store credit, simply apply the issued code during checkout. If the purchase total exceeds the store credit amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • If the total is less than the store credit, the remaining balance will be available for future use.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process for store credit and place a new order using your credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or store credit.
