Shipping policy
At Oredaniels, we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you know what to expect once you place your order with us.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Canada, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped out within 2 business days after processing. Standard shipping times will vary based on your location, but generally range between 3-7 business days for most regions.
Express Shipping: For express shipping, orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship on the same business day. Express orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
Weekend Orders: We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location. International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to incorrect addresses, customs processes, or other external factors once the package has been dispatched.
