At Oredaniels, we are dedicated to offering premium, handcrafted products that celebrate cultural heritage and craftsmanship. While all sales are final, returns are allowed under specific conditions, with refunds issued in the form of store credit.

Please Note the Following Before Making Your Purchase:

  1. Returns for Store Credit
    We accept returns on eligible items, but no cash refunds will be provided. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. No Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item for store credit and use that credit to place a new order.

    • Damaged or Defective Items
      If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@oredaniels.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, offering store credit or a replacement.
